1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and unwashed

    • In original condition with tags and packaging

    • Free from stains, perfumes, or any damage


2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or made-to-order pieces

  • Accessories (for hygiene reasons)


3. How to Request a Return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship it to our address.


4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit (as per your preference).

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Exchange Option

Want a different size or product? You can request an exchange instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.


6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace it at no extra cost.
